FAQ

Do we pick up anywhere else but our designated stops?

Yes but only if there are 10 or more passengers in your group picking up from that stop.

Do the brochures have all of your trips in?

To some extent. We try to get everything in but as always there are some changed. For example new trips may have to be added due to popularity, if there is a special event or if a new West End Show is started.

Is everything included in the trips?

Usually everything is included, like entry on days out and food and board on holiday's. Travel is always included on all trips that we run.

Do your coaches have seatbelts?

Yes, all of our coaches are fully equipped with seatbelts that go across your lap, these but be worn at all times on the coach as is law.

Am I insured on your coaches?

Yes, as long as you are on our coach you are insured.

Do you require full payment upon booking?

No, we usually do not need full payment on most trips. For large groups, holidays & theatre trips on a deposit is needed with the balance needing to be paid 4 weeks prior to the date of travel.

Does my child need a car seat on a coach?

Passengers sitting in the rear of minibuses that have an unladen weight of 2,540 kg or less must wear the seat belts that are provided. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that :

children under 3 years of age use an appropriate child restraint if available.
children aged between 3 and 11 years, under 1.35 metres tall use an appropriate child restraint if available, or if not available, wear the seat belt, if available.
children aged 12 and 13 years (and younger children who are 1.35 metres or taller) use the seat belt, if available.

Passengers over the age of 14 years in smaller minibuses are legally responsible for wearing a seat belt themselves.

Rear Seats in Larger Minibuses

Passengers over the age of 14 MUST wear seat belts in the rear of larger minibuses (over 2,540 kg unladen weight). However, all passengers are strongly advised to wear seat belts or the correct child seat on all journeys.

Are you drivers CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Checked?

Yes, all of our drivers have undertaken an enhanced CRB check dome by Herts county council. This is done so that they can carry children and vulnerable adults. We also do our own check's on site for total peace of mind of our customers.
